All I can say is WOW! The recipient loved their gift and we loved the fact that we found you in Las Vegas. We looked around at a lot of different gift basket sites in Las Vegas and were so pleased to find you. Some sites did not look very professional and the couple we called first acted like we were bothering them, one never even returned our call and one lady was extremely rude. I bought an apron from this seller as a Mother's Day present for my new mother in law. There's no option for gift wrapping so I contacted the seller to make a special request. The response was exceptionally quick. They apologized for not having the gift wrap option for the item but said that they would wrap it in nice decorative tissue and print my message on a nice card. MIL was very happy.

Distinct Impressions and post office records reflect delivery by date specified, yet we did not receive item. Contacted the them and Cindy (customer service) went above and beyond to send another of the same item directly to the children for whom it was intended. Highly recommend this company. Quality merchandise. More importantly, quality people!
