You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the *shipping method of your choice. Our site calculates live time shipping rates, this means the shipping cost you see on your order is exactly the same as what we will be charged by the carrier!
Shipping Rates and Descriptions:
When you order a gift that is to be hand delivered in the Las Vegas area follow these instructions:
On the check out page you will be asked to choose a "shipping" method, you need to choose
"Las Vegas Hand Delivery"
If you forget to add this to your order we will contact you. Orders cannot be delivered unless the delivery fee is paid for.
There is a delivery fee for all local Las Vegas Hand Deliveries.
For deliveries made Monday - Wednesday the rate is $10.00
For deliveries made Thursday-Friday-Saturday the rate is $12.00
For holiday deliveries the rate is $25.00

If you pick the wrong delivery day/rate we will deliver you gift based on the delivery rate you choose and paid for.
An example of this would be, you pay for Monday- Wednesday delivery, but ask that your gift be delivered on Friday.

5 to 10 business days for delivery to most locations
USPS First Class Mail is NOT guaranteed.
You will be given tracking information.
This method is only available for items under 13 ounces.
Although this method of shipping is inexpensive, it will take much longer to receive your item.

2-3 business days for delivery to most locations

Understanding How Shipping Costs are Figured.
One of the most misunderstood, complicated and confusing aspects of ordering products & merchandise on the Internet are the Shipping Costs.
Shipping is based on two (2) factors:
a.) Weight and size of the box
b.) Destination the box is being shipped too.
USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service) and our carriers of choice has a weight minimum of one (1) pound, this means that all shipping costs start at the one (1) pound rate.
Knowing this, it will not be uncommon for the shipping to cost more than a small lightweight item which may weigh only ounces.
Also figured into the cost of shipping are the materials such as:
These costs will fall under the term "Handling" and will be added to each order in addition to the shipping cost.
You may see a small handling change applied to your order. Larger items will ship in an over-sized box and be dimensionally weighted by the carrier. Shipping a large item will mean a larger handling charge will be applied.
Taking into consideration the factors above, ordering multiple items will spread the shipping costs over all the items ordered and will eliminate the "sticker shock" of shipping a single item.
In some cases the shipping charge may show more or less than what the actual cost will be.
We will adjust your invoice to reflect the actual shipping cost.

If an item is out of stock at the time of your order we will attempt to contact you to let you know. If you have not received the item in a reasonable amount of time it will be up to you to contact us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Not every item on our website ships from us. We do utilize Drop Shippers who will ship the items to our customers directly. Unfortunately most of the Drop Shippers we use DO NOT ship out of the USA.
We can order the item from the Drop Shipper for you, and ship to you from our location; however we must pass on the additional shipping costs to you.
Your order will ONLY show the shipping costs from us to you, your order WILL NOT show the additional shipping from our Drop Shipper to us.
The additional shipping will be added to your invoice. You will be notified of the additional shipping charges before your credit card is charged.
Because of the high costs associated with international shipping, we have made the decision to ship to just a few international locations. All international shipping will be done through USPS Priority Mail -International and can take 14-21 days for your order to arrive at your location. Please note: Not all the items you see on our website can ship internationally. We suggest contacting us before placing your order to make sure the item you wish to purchase can ship to your location. Of course if you wish to order a gift and have it shipped to any US State and you are located in a country that is NOT listed below, Please contact us.
